Why I started High Performa.

At Salesforce, I was a consistent high performer, promoted every cycle and closing over $15M in revenue in under three years. Working with Fortune 500 clients taught me how to earn trust, navigate complex decisions and win high-value deals.

I founded High Performa to bring that experience to founders, businesses and sales teams who want to win more clients and grow their revenue. Today, I’m also Director of Sales at Saphran, where I continue to lead a team and put that experience into practice.
